Appliqué Wall Hanging

This is Cathy's needle turn appliqué wall hanging and she was so thrilled to see it - she decided to not use it as a table runner as she had originally intended.  She stated that it must be displayed on the wall.  Cathy is my kind of gal.  I told her I hoped I hadn't over quilted it, and she said, "oh, you can never have too much quilting." Yes!

Yep, I wouldn't want to have it on the table, ...... it's to darn nice! Makes sense to have it as wall hanging, where everyone can see that gorgeous quilting.

I have an applique quilt that is finished and I'm too afraid to quilt it! Your post today gave me inspiration to start sketching and thinking about doing it!
